Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help with a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below. All returns and exchanges are subject to Snuggle Struggles’ discretion.

Eligibility

  • Domestic orders only. Items shipped within the United States are eligible. All international orders are final sale.

  • Condition. Returns and exchanges are accepted for unwashed, unworn merchandise with original tags and complete packaging.

  • Window. Requests must be emailed and items received within 21 days of purchase.

  • Exclusions. Items with stains, signs of use, odors, pet hair/dander, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Proof of purchase. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation in the return parcel.

Orders containing out-of-stock items may be canceled and fully refunded.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Requests made after 21 days from purchase.

  • Items that are washed, worn, altered, or damaged.

  • Accessories, special orders, and clearance items (final sale).

  • Gift cards (non-returnable).

  • For third-party brands sold by Snuggle Struggles: we are not responsible for manufacturer defects. In such cases, please contact the brand directly.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

  • Processing time. Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your item(s).

  • Refund method. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

  • Shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

  • Exchanges. If requesting an exchange, you are responsible for shipping costs to and from Snuggle Struggles.

Snuggle Struggles is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in transit or parcels addressed incorrectly by the customer. We cannot refund or replace packages in these cases.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns and order cancellations are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Please return items in their original packaging and condition to avoid additional charges or denial.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email info@snugglestruggles.com with:

  • Return Request” or “Exchange Request” in the subject line

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The item name(s) and a brief reason for the return or exchange

  • For exchanges, the desired item/size/color

After you receive return instructions, ship your item(s) to:

You will receive a confirmation email once your return is received, inspected, and approved. If approved, we will issue the refund or process the exchange as requested.

Reservation of Rights

Returns that do not comply with this policy may be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense. Snuggle Struggles reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
