SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.

Due to increased package theft, please provide a secure shipping address.

Orders ship via FedEx and include tracking numbers at the time of shipment. We cannot ship to PO Boxes—FedEx requires a valid residential or business address. Customers are responsible for any additional charges on rejected packages.

Snuggle Struggles™ is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanges or customs fees (duties/taxes) related to international orders. If a package is refused by the customer, both the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Rates:

  • Local Pick-Up (Hillsboro, OR): Free*

  • T-Shirt & Hat Ground Shipping: $7.50

  • U.S. Orders Over $300: Free Ground Shipping

  • U.S. Standard: $15

  • U.S. 3-Day: $35

  • U.S. Next Day: $60

  • International Orders Over $300: Flat Rate $25

  • International Orders Under $300: Flat Rate $50

Orders will ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted (especially during seasonal or promotional sales). If you require special shipping instructions, include them during checkout, or contact us at info@snugglestruggles.comand we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

*Local pick-up is available in Hillsboro, OR. Pick-up instructions and scheduling will be sent via email once your order is ready.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will ship via FedEx Ground. All international customers must include a valid phone number at checkout. If it’s missing, we will follow up via email before shipping. Orders will not ship until phone numbers are confirmed.

International shipping rates do not include customs duties or taxes.


RETURN POLICY

Snuggle Struggles™ accepts returns and exchanges for most items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of pet hair, stains, or scents (like perfume or cologne).

  • Items that appear used or altered will be returned to the customer and not accepted for refund or exchange.

To start a return:

  • Email us at info@snugglestruggles.com and include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

  • You must request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your RA number.

  • We will include return instructions when we issue your RA number.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you’re exchanging an item, the cost to ship the new item is also the customer’s responsibility.

  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking for returns over $100.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Pre-order deposits and gift cards

  • Hats (final sale)

  • Items purchased through closeout, Instagram, or in-person sample sales (final sale)


OTHER RETURN NOTES

  • Pre-order and discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Items purchased with a first-time signup discount can be returned for a refund.


EXCHANGES

Once we assign an RA number, we’ll hold your replacement item for up to 14 days.

If you prefer to receive the new item immediately, please let us know—we’ll have you place a new order and issue a refund when the original item is returned.


STORE CREDIT

Store credits can be used toward future purchases and never expire. You’ll receive your code once we receive and inspect your return.


REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment once your return is received and approved.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, less shipping and any promotional discounts used at the time of purchase.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you purchased a full-price item within 7 days of a sale or promotion, you’re eligible for a price adjustment in the form of store credit.


TERMS

Upon purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation with the item(s) and shipping address. If anything is incorrect, contact us right away at info@snugglestruggles.com so we can correct it.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes. If your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Snuggle Struggles mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Snuggle Struggles (“Snuggle Struggles”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Snuggle Struggles’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Snuggle Struggles through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Snuggle Struggles. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18773623671 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Snuggle Struggles mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
